Can I choose a specific delivery time?
You can select a delivery window (morning, afternoon, or evening) during checkout. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within the window.
What if the recipient isn't home?
Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe place if possible, or with a neighbour. You can add special instructions during checkout.
Can I send flowers to a workplace?
Absolutely! Just provide the business name and floor/suite number in the delivery address.
What is your freshness guarantee?
We guarantee our flowers will stay fresh for at least 5 days. If you're not satisfied, contact us for a replacement.
